Cappuccino Flavor Essence is a "flavor concentrate": it reproduces cappuccino's iconic flavor (slight bitterness of roasted coffee, sweetness of milk fat, mild spiciness of cinnamon) by blending coffee, milk and spice-based flavor substances, without relying on natural raw materials like fresh coffee or milk.
Its ingredients fall into 3 categories (mostly "natural + artificial" blends to balance authenticity and stability):
  1. Natural flavor substances: Essential oils, extracts from coffee beans/milk, etc., enhancing flavor authenticity;
  2. Artificial synthetic flavor substances: Coffee aldehyde, diacetyl, etc., with low cost, strong flavor, and precise flavor adjustment;
  3. Auxiliary ingredients: Solvents (e.g., propylene glycol), stabilizers, carriers (e.g., maltodextrin), aiding dissolution, stabilizing flavor or changing form.

Application


Cappuccino flavor essence is mainly used to impart cappuccino flavor to products in various fields.
